What is JOY?

🔎Joy is a feeling of great pleasure and happiness.

📌Nehemiah 8:10- the joy of the lord is your strength

❓When should we have/show joy?

Answer: all the time… even when things are not so good.

⭐️When we are filled with the joy of the lord we can still be joyful in our unhappy moments.

⭐️Being filled with the Joy of the lord also is doing everything with joy in our hearts.

📌Philippians 2:14

Example: If Dad or Mom tells you to clean your room you should go do it right away and with joy😃.. no fussing or getting upset.

⭐️The Lord does not like when we are not joyful in EVERYTHING..!

⭐️The curses Listed in Deuteronomy 28 were put on us the Israelites because we DID NOT Serve the lord with joy.
